We are extremely pleased to announce our new dates for 2025 on the beautiful Greek island of Ios. This will be our fifth year on this stunning Greek island and Ios forms part of the Cyclades, a group of islands which include Mykonos and Santorini.
In Greek Ios means flower. On first sight of the island you will see why this island deserves such a beautiful name. The island is full of stunning beaches, mountains, amazing walks, wonderful hospitality and its even rumoured to be the resting place of Homer the Greek poet.
We will be staying at the Marcos Beach Hotel which is just a few yards form the golden sands of Mylopotas beach. The accommodation is built in a traditional Greek style with its own private swimming pool.
Two Week Camps One Week Camps
There is no airport in Ios which we feel makes it even more enchanting. Most of our clients fly into Santorini and catch the 40 minutes ferry across and we will meet you at the port of Ios. Clients also fly into other airports including Athens, Mykonos and Crete.
We can help you coordinate all your travel plans including plane and ferry tickets.
As with all our overseas camps we run them the same as we do in the UK and our brilliant Military trainers will be flying out with the team to motivate, inspire and educate you to implement positive changes into your life through fitness and nutrition.
Activities will include morning sunrise walks, weight sessions, running, water sports, boxing, pool sessions, high intensity cardio sessions, team games and so much more.
All your food will be prepared freshly onsite and we cater for all your dietary requirements, The cost for the week is £1095.00 for a shared room and £1600.00 in a single room. This will include all your training, food, beverages and excursions.
