You can expect 3 healthy meals a day, breakfast,
lunch and dinner, plus two healthy and nutritious snacks.

All meals are freshly prepared and cooked on
site by our bootcamp chef, using the very best available ingredients.
Healthy food does not have to be boring, and
our chef will present you with delicious and satisfying meals
that are carefully balanced, allowing you to lose weight, but
still providing you with the nutrients, and fuel your body will
need.
On G I Jane Bootcamp you will be pushing your
body to the limit and it will need to be nourished properly. You
will not find any faddy quick fix diet foods from us, so no shakes,
red or green days or cutting out carbs. Our nutrition plan is
designed to keep you going and no food groups will be left out.
We believe that your body needs them all to keep working at its
optimum level.
On booking bootcamp you will be asked to fill
out a form, part of which will ask you if you have any special
dietary needs or food allergies. We can cater for all dietary
requirements and where necessary tailor dishes to your individual
needs.
